Coaching Program Roadmap

  1. Discovery Session - The coaching process begins with a discovery session where we explore the unique needs of your business and assess whether we’re a good fit for each other. This session sets the foundation for a tailored coaching journey, ensuring that the approach aligns with your goals and challenges.
  2. Kickoff and Goal Setting - Once we decide to move forward, the coaching engagement commences with either a 3- or 6-month program, in one-to-one or group coaching formats. In the initial sessions, we dive into your business’s vision and goals, laying the groundwork for what we aim to achieve together.
  3. Exploring Reality and Options (GROW Model) - Using the GROW model, we take a closer look at the current state of your business (Reality), exploring challenges, strengths, and opportunities. We then identify possible strategies and pathways (Options) to address each goal, helping you make informed choices and set a clear action plan.
  4. Action Planning and Mindset Shifts - With the foundation established, we dive deeper into tracking progress and working through the action plan, session by session. During this phase, we focus on mindset changes essential for overcoming obstacles and achieving sustainable growth, fostering resilience and adaptability in your approach.
  5. Building for Sustainability - As the engagement nears completion, we shift to creating structures and systems that ensure the sustainability of your growth. This step helps solidify changes, enabling you to carry forward the progress and adapt it to future challenges.
  6. Celebration and Closure - At the end of our engagement, we celebrate the milestones and successes achieved throughout the process. For clients continuing on a long-term basis, we renew our journey with a fresh set of goals and a refined action plan to keep momentum strong.
