Pragadeesh brings extensive experience across business transformation, technology, risk, governance and organizational change.
Before founding Pragmatic Business Excellence, he spent more than 13 years with Scotiabank working across technology and risk environments and contributing to enterprise initiatives involving operating-model evolution, process transformation, technology modernization, governance and large-scale change.
Through Pragmatic Business Excellence, he has continued developing transformation approaches focused on scalable operating systems, business architecture and the role of AI in creating organizational capacity.
